Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar :On the occasion of Anti-Drug Day and Shahu Maharaj Jayanti, Superintendent Sachin Patil from the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Crime Investigation Department engaged with students at Bodhi Primary School and Subhedar Ramji Ambedkar High School in Bansode Nagar, Misarwadi.The event commenced with garlanding the statues of Subhedar Ramji Ambedkar, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, and Shahu Maharaj. Deepak Bansode, President of the Siddharth Education Society, honored Patil with a bouquet and requested him to guide the college students.During his interaction with the students, Patil seized the opportunity of Anti-Drug Day to urge them to abstain from tobacco, alcohol, and drugs. He emphasized the importance of education and reminded the students of Social Justice Day, citing Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s motto, “Educate, Organize, Agitate.” He also inspired the students with the thoughts of Shahu Maharaj and A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.Addressing the students, Patil stated, “Education and discipline are the pathways to success.” He encouraged the students to set high goals and work diligently towards achieving them. His speech was met with applause from the audience. Patil urged the students to take a pledge to stay away from substance abuse and to make their families proud through their achievements.The students listened attentively to Patil’s guidance and expressed their determination to follow his advice.The event was compered by Mahendra Kashid and presided over by Deepak Shripatrao Bansode, President of the Siddharth Education Society and Principal of Subhedar Ramji Ambedkar College. The vote of thanks was delivered by Mrs. Manorama Tijare, a member of the Siddharth Education Society and Subhedar Ramji Ambedkar College. Other dignitaries present included teachers Omkar Mukhekar, Kalidas Kakulte, Vijay Rathod, Sandeep Bassaye, teachers Hashmi Humera, Prerna Vahule, clerk Bhujang Bagde, servant Sanjay Kamble, Kakasaheb Shejul, Imran Shaikh, among others.During the event, Sachin Patil distributed notebooks to the students and engaged in a heartfelt conversation with them, leaving a lasting impression.
